On this episode, Kelly Inouye-Perez and I dive deep into the process, approach, and mindset of her athletes and coaching staff at the UCLA softball program, the 2019 College World Series Champions.

Kelly is currently the head coach at UCLA and has been for the past 14 years. She has been a participant in the College World Series 24 times. She’s been a 3x NCAA Champion as a player. 3x NCAA champion as an assistant coach, and 2x NCAA champion as a head coach in 2010 and most recently, last year in 2019. Kelly has more experience winning than almost any other guest I’ve ever had on the podcast so I was super excited to get into her mindset and how she trains her athletes to consistently perform at a high level.
