On this episode, Ryan Tuntland and I dive deep into what it means to be motivated and driven and HOW to stay motivated and driven. We also get into how to train focus and get players to focus on what they want to focus on, when they want to focus on it. Finally, and probably the most important, we talking about the thinking, feeling, and experiencing loop that can either be beneficial or destructive. It really just depends on how you use it. SUPER interesting conversation that I think you’ll really enjoy.
Ryan Tuntland is currently the director of hitting development at Ohio University. Before that, he was the Assistant Coach at Oakton Community College where they won the 2018 Division III JUCO National Championship. Pazik’s BIG 3 Questions:
How do you deal with someone who doesn’t believe in you?
How do you help an athlete play more consistently at their best?
