014. The Mindset for Becoming Unstoppable
There are five words that make you unstoppable.
But first, imagine if you were unstoppable. How successful would you be? If you were unstoppable in sports, you’d be unbeatable. If you become unstoppable in business, you be rich. If you were unstoppable in school, you’d be a genius.
Being unstoppable means that no matter what gets in your way, no matter what the adversity, no matter what the barrier, you overcome. You persist. You never give up.
Did you ever tell someone about your hopes and dreams and they looked at you and laughed? They might have said something like, “You can’t do that,” “You’'ll never be an actor,” “You’ll never make it to the big leagues,” or “You’re not smart enough to get into med school.”
Deep inside you though, there was a little voice. That little voice knows the magic five words.
“I’m going to show you.”
There was a boy who hated school. He hated his time there because of how unpopular he was and because of the people that bullied him. He said, “I’m going to show you.” We now all know that boy as Bruce Springsteen.
Motivation lights the fire, it’s your job to keep adding the tinder.
