Mark Montgomery and I dive deep into how to get the most out of each moment by controlling the controllables, multiple mental game strategies, routines, and just having the awareness to step back and say, “Damn. This is cool,” regardless of if you’re on the winning or losing end.
Mark Montgomery is currently the Head Softball Coach at the University of Maryland. This will be his second season there. He previously coached at Louisiana Tech where they won the regular season and conference championships in 2019. He aggregated the 2nd most wins in a single season in school history with 45. He’s entering his 19th season as a D1 Head Coach - 21 seasons overall coaching in college plus an additional 12 years as a head high school coach.
