Marissa Young and I dive deep into how to be an elite communicator with yourself as an athlete, between the coaches, and between teammates. It’s amazing how good you are with poor thought processes and communication skills, imagine what a little fine tuning can do.

Marissa Young is currently the head softball coach at Duke University, which she started and describes as a start-up business. Before that, she was at University of North Carolina. Most importantly, Marissa is the mother of 4 wonderful children and wife to an amazing husband.
