JJ Davis played D1 basketball, played professionally, and then was homeless for 7 years. JJ Davis and I dive deep into the relentless work ethic it takes to reach your potential. We talk about what it takes to play professionally and how he builds leadership skills in his athletes.

Now, he is the Head Women’s Baseball Coach at Neosho Community College. He is the all-time winningest coach at Neosho and before that, was the all-time winningest coach at Brown-Mackey in Selina, Kansas. He has had every girl except 1 go on and get a four year degree from his program. He program bleeds greatness.
