Ellie Cooper, assistant softball coach at East Carolina University, and I dive deep into recovering from failure and how to do just that. She shares her own story of picking herself back up and what it truly means to be curious and a lifelong learner.

Ellie Played softball at Florida State from 2014-2017, was the captain her Jr & Sr seasons, she graduated from FSU and became a GA and assistant coach and won the 2018 National Championship. She is also the captain of the New Zealand National Softball Team and is now the assistant coach at East Carolina University.
