Head Baseball coach at Glenbard east high school and owner of Peak Performance Chicago. After 8 seasons as the head baseball coach Joel is the winningest coach in the 60 plus year history of Glenbard East right outside of Chicago. Joel Is a certified Mental Performance coach, John Maxwell Leadership training certified, and a NFPA sports nutritionist. Joel also works closely with Dr. John Underwoods who owns the Human Performance project which educates athletes on the importance of the lifestyle and performance connection. He played baseball at the Division I NCAA Central Michigan and has traveled the country speaking to athletes, teams, and businesses about leadership, culture, and improving performance.
