Shonda Stanton and I dive deep into IU’s culture building activities including how to be an engineer of your own self-belief, being value-based, ways to build mindset, and how to motivate through measuring activities.

Shonda Stanton is currently the head coach at IU, University of Indiana. 2020-2021 will be her fourth year at IU. Before IU she was at Marshall for 18 years where she accumulated 560 wins while taking her squad to the postseason twice. Click here for Shonda’s full bio.
